That’s why I tried searching the web for some solutions that could help me and my child a breezy day together – without the whining and crying part! And here’s what I got.

One way to prevent tantrums before they occur is to give your toddler the illusion of control. Instead of phrasing questions to elicit a yes or no answer, when appropriate, try to give the child a choice. If he likes to pick out his own clothes, set out two or three outfits and ask him which one he’d prefer to wear. Or you might ask, “Would you like to have peas or carrots with your chicken?” or “Would you prefer potatoes or corn with your roast beef?” Giving the 2-year-old a sense that he wields some influence will make him more accepting of the outcome.

At other times, tantrums can be avoided simply by giving your toddler some advance notice about what lies ahead. For example, several hours before a night out, you might tell your child, “Mommy and Daddy are going out to dinner tonight, and Marian, that nice babysitter, will stay here with you. She’ll put you to bed, and we’ll be here when you wake up tomorrow morning.” This works well as your child approaches the age of 3 and her sense of time gradually begin to improve.

Or ease the transition from play to an undesired activity, such as going to bed, by telling her, “In 10 minutes, it will be time to go to bed.” Here, a kitchen timer might come in handy.

It also helps to avoid commands whenever possible; opt instead for questions. Saying, “Put those toys away!” may provoke a negative reaction. Asking, “Where do these books go?” or “Where should we put that paint set?” is more likely to promote cooperation than issuing directives is.

And finally, know your child’s limits. If your day has been particularly busy — a new activity, outdoor play, a visit from Grandma and Grandpa — cancel your plans to take her to a restaurant for dinner. Remember that fatigue and changes in routine take the greatest toll on your child’s behavior.

In the continuing battle of wills, it’s important to keep your perspective. If you respond properly and nurturingly to your child when he gets upset and throws a tantrum, he will likely emerge from the crisis calmer, more in control of his emotions, and with a greater measure of confidence.

It’s a smile of joy and a gaze of amazement at the same time, so how can you say NO to your child when you see him like that? This photo was taken a few months ago when we went to the mall to purchase something for the house.  And because I know that going out the house means spending unexpected and unnecessary things I made some proactive actions. :) 

Yup! I cornered my son and told him that he won’t have any toys to buy this time.

But when I saw him smile, I couldn’t resists but take Mr. Incredibles home. Lol!

Well, I really need to know because my brother has been bugging me about it for several weeks now. I thought he was able to get some help from a friend but I was wrong. Now he’s obliging me to get a quick medication for his bursting acne. Geez he so demanding!

Anyways, if some you know something that can aid us, just give me a buzz.

So here’s the recipe:

You can build a smaller version of this classic double-decker sandwich for little hands and mouths.

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Yield: 4 sandwiches

2 (about 1 lb.) chicken-breast cutlets
1 cup diced sweet apple
6 Tbs. mayonnaise, divided
2 Tbs. plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 slices toasted whole-wheat bread
8 lettuce leaves
1 large tomato, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked

1. Place chicken in saucepan with enough cold water to cover, plus 1 inch. Bring to a simmer (do not boil) over medium heat, and simmer until chicken is cooked through or meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 170°F, about 18 minutes. Drain and cool completely.

2. Dice chicken and place in medium bowl. Stir in apple pieces, 4 Tbs. mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Spread remaining mayonnaise on toast slices.

3. To assemble sandwiches: Place lettuce leaf on bottom pieces of toast. Top with tomato, two pieces of bacon, middle pieces of toast, remaining lettuce leaves, chicken salad, and remaining pieces of toast.

Nutrition per serving: 590 cal.; 40 g pro.; 28 g fat; 48 g carb.; 109 mg calcium; 7 g fiber.

Hmmm… well the word came from my cousin Cei who’s doing research about this word. So, I thought asking the aid of the web to better help my cousin and submit her project by Monday.

As a result, I found out the noxycut is a pill about muscle building and weight loss. Whew! I never thought high school student should learn about this stuff this early. I mean, they won’t need such pill until they reach their adulthood and be really conscious about their body structure.  Oh well, time changes as well as generations.

We are actually searching for cheap accident and health insurance policies that will give us and our employees the best package ever.

Oh well, to find one I really need to seach search and search.

Well, you see I have this cousin that is very problematic about her skin because of her acnes. I don’t know if the”acne” thingy is in our genes or it’s in the food the we eat or both or it’s just a part of the natural process of adulthood.

Either way, my cousin really needs to put on something because her acne are worst than I expected. Her baby face skin is suddenly under attack and needs to be save as soon as possible!  

I really want to blog and blog my heart out but somehow my brain is so drain that it doesn’t want to released any suitable data for me too blog. So sad that most of the blogs I read before are now posting stories about fat burners that work, acne treatment etc.. which unfortunately, I also belong.

I think I lack the motivation and inspiration to bring it back. Especially now that most of my buddies is as busy as I am and haven’t update their blogs in a more personal manner as well.  Oh well, that’s life and we have to live with it.

Maybe in time..Things will be different as more pleasing then.

My boss has been bugging me about it for days now and I forgot to purchase one for the new plant. Urgh! I hate myself for being so absent minded. I’m dead if he finds out that I haven’t gathered any quotations or brochures about it. Oh what should I do?

Do you think those barcode scanners in the web are worth the risk? Hmm.. Well I have no choice but to try, right? Oh well, too much face book is not good!
